Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Riyadh. The Construction Manager will oversee architectural theming and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and supervising construction activities, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The individual will play a key role in realizing creative and innovative designs while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.
