Job summary

2P – Perfect Presentation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Compliance Specialist to strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and performance measurement. You will help shape governance frameworks and ensure alignment with national ICT goals.

The role requires 2+ years in governance and compliance, strong KPI experience, and excellent Arabic and English communication. You will prepare management reports, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Governance and Compliance.
• Experience developing and reviewing KPIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with performance analysis and reporting.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update policies and procedures to align with strategic objectives.
• Support the development of IT and Digital Transformation KPIs.
• Prepare reports on current performance indicators for management review.
• Identify corrective and improvement actions to enhance digital performance.
• Provide recommendations on digital transformation reports and indicators.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support IT Governance and Performance Management frameworks.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including framework development, monitoring, and compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports covering achievements and performance improvement opportunities.
