Job summary

Citi is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) in Riyadh. You will support the design, delivery and maintenance of compliance programs and risk controls to keep the firm's risk within appetite and protect its franchise.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with multiple teams, and the ability to escalate and manage regulatory and legal requirements while maintaining documentation and reports for control and audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support senior staff in design, development, delivery and maintenance of compliance programs.
• Review materials for regulatory and legal compliance.
• Identify potential risks and escalate for review.
• Maintain reports for control, tracking, and analysis with secure retention of documents.
• Work with senior staff to investigate and respond to compliance issues and prepare routine correspondence.
• Collaborate with other areas within ICRM and Citi as needed.
• Assist in regulatory inventory management, change management, and exam coordination.
• Help prepare, edit and maintain compliance program materials.
• Conduct additional duties as assigned.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, clients and assets, and escalating control issues.
