Job summary

تابي is seeking a Compliance Officer in Saudi Arabia to develop and maintain regulatory policies, lead audits, and guide the organization in meeting fintech-related regulatory requirements.

You will monitor regulatory changes, manage compliance issues, and collaborate with internal teams and regulators to uphold a robust compliance framework that supports growth and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certification in Compliance is a plus.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them where applicable.

Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements. You will monitor regulatory changes, manage compliance issues, and collaborate with internal teams and regulators to uphold a strong compliance framework that supports the company’s operations and growth

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
• Investigate and respond to compliance issues, complaints, and breaches.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them where applicable.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Compliance is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fintech operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
