Emdad By Elm is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and grow its target community in Najran. You will build strong relationships with members, increase engagement, and enhance user experience to support organizational objectives.

The role requires a 5+ year background in business development or related fields, with experience in co-working spaces or startup ecosystems. Strong reporting, marketing, and partnership skills are essential, and the position is on-site in Najran.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, entrepreneurship programs, projects.
• Experience in co-working spaces, incubators, accelerators preferred.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals.
• Understanding of operational processes.
• Experience and skills in sales.
• Report writing and presentation preparation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Marketing experience and partnership management knowledge.

• Previous experience working in co-working spaces, business incubators, and accelerators is preferred.
