Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual country sales plan in alignment with the overall business strategy

  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical Science or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years' experience in Sales management in Saudi Market
  • 4+ years' Manager of Managers with National Sales responsibility for the kingdom
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
