Al Blagha Group is seeking a Leasing Officer and proactive Sales Driver to market and lease major commercial properties. The role emphasizes proactive marketing, building relationships with key players, and closing major leasing deals.

You will handle landlord-tenant relationships, leverage CRM for market analysis, and negotiate high-value leases in a dynamic real estate portfolio. A strong background in commercial property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–8 years in commercial leasing or real estate business development.
• Proven experience with major shopping centers, office towers or luxury residential buildings.

Responsibilities
