Job summary

Adobe in the UK is hiring a Commercial/IT/IP Legal Counsel with 6+ years PQE to support the Northern Region, including the UK, Ireland and Middle East. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements and provide strategic legal advice to the sales, marketing and finance teams.

This hybrid role offers travel to the Middle East, cross-border collaboration, and opportunities to shape AI, data privacy and IP protections across fast-growing software and cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE in Commercial/IT/IP.
• Experience advising on software, technology and data protection.
• Willingness to travel and support the Middle East region with UK/Ireland exposure.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review & negotiate a wide range of commercial and IT/IP agreements, including licensing and services.
• Provide proactive legal guidance to sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments in technology, AI, IP, and data privacy; deliver training as needed.
• Lead process improvements within the legal function and support cross-border projects.
