Role: Associate, Commercial and CX Graduate

Location: Riyadh

The S&P Global Energy Commercial and CX Graduate Program journey begins with an intensive 5‑week onboarding in our London office. The following 3 months are spent with the EMEA Customer Success Team, building a foundational knowledge of the commodity markets and developing essential business‑related skills while learning about S&P Global Energy data, research and analytical products.

As a Customer Success associate you will be the primary contact for clients, providing solutions in a timely, professional and courteous manner and training them on S&P Global Energy products through virtual and on‑site visits.

The program will consist of rotations to customer success, sales, channel management and marketing functions, giving each graduate a holistic perspective of the business. Graduates complete certification milestones and a rigorous evaluation process that tests and stretches their skills and capabilities. As you progress through the programme you will support the sales team and ultimately generate additional revenue to grow our business.

You will help S&P Global Energy achieve its mission of being a leading provider of high‑quality price assessments and analytical information to the world’s financial and commodity markets.

What’s in it for you

You will join a cohort of Commercial and CX Associates and be introduced to world‑class experts in commodities, former chief economists, traders and risk managers. You will attend presentations on commodity markets and gain insights on global economic, political, technological and legal issues linked to specialisations. An e‑learning curriculum will provide foundational knowledge on technical aspects of various commodities.

Within weeks you will present topics to senior management and receive constructive feedback. You will learn to use S&P Global Energy–Platts, CERA, and HORIZON products, Excel add‑ins and CRM systems.

You will face a steep learning curve and work with a broad range of clients—including governments, investment banks, commodity trading houses, major oil and gas companies, hedge funds and industry. Generative AI proficiency is highly valued.
