Job summary

CASTOLIN EUTECTIC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee sales and end-to-end execution of industrial coating projects across Saudi Arabia. The candidate will coordinate engineering, coating applications, and client interfaces from kickoff through final handover, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering and 8–10 years of GCC experience in coating project management. Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years GCC experience in project management for coating or surface protection.
• Strong technical understanding of thermal spray and epoxy coating systems.
• Proven ability to manage client interfaces from kickoff to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and project activities for industrial coating applications in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Supervise site operations and ensure HSE, quality, and contract compliance.
• Prepare project documentation, ITPs, and close-out packages.
• Maintain client relationships with Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, and SEC.
