Job summary

Duru Cooperation is seeking a QC Coating Inspector to oversee surface preparation and coating application, ensuring adherence to project specs and client requirements in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and pipeline projects. Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant inspection experience.
• Or Industrial/Technical Diploma with minimum 810 years of relevant inspection experience in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical / pipeline projects.
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of critical coating applications.
• Valid driving license (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Inspect surface preparation activities including blasting and cleaning.
• Verify environmental conditions prior to coating application.
• Monitor coating application processes and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
• Conduct DFT (Dry Film Thickness), holiday testing, adhesion testing, and visual inspections.
• Ensure compliance with SAEP-316 and project specifications.
• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC teams, and client inspectors
