تبحث شركة رائدة في التخطيط عن متخصص في التخطيط للمشاريع يكون مسؤولًا عن ضمان تلبية معايير الأداء والامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة. سيتضمن الدور صياغة وإدارة الخطط، دعم التخطيط لمتطلبات التشغيل، والمشاركة في تحسين الأنظمة والعمليات. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يمتلك درجة بكاليوس في التخطيط الحضري أو مجالات ذات صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التخطيط.

Qualifications

• حد أدنى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في التخطيط المشروع أو الجدولة أو مجالات ذات صلة.
• شهادات احترافية أو تدريب في تخطيط المشاريع، أو أنظمة المطارات، أو إدارة المشاريع مفضل ولكن غير إلزامي.

Responsibilities

Job description

Overview

To deliver all planning activities to ensure the project’s performance standards and guidelines are met in line with established KPIs, approved budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• System Monitoring & Improvement
  • Formulate development plans, guidelines, policies, and strategies, and monitor progress toward established goals and targets.
  • Ensure that planning performance standards and procedures are consistently met, and proactively seek opportunities for service and process improvement.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues raised during project execution within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Project Planning
  • Support the planning of CNS/ATM operational requirements in coordination with operations planning and relevant departments.
  • Contribute to the design and integration of ASBU (Aviation System Block Upgrades) requirements in alignment with operational needs and ICAO standards.
  • Identify opportunities for implementing advanced technologies in air traffic management by participating in relevant international/regional forums and benchmarking KSIA initiatives against other ANSPs.
• Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Carry out daily planning tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes, with a focus on best practices, evolving business needs, cost optimization, and increased efficiency.
  • Day-to-day Operations and Compliance: Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement of Systems and Processes: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes, considering leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or related fields.

• Professional certifications or training in project planning, airport systems, or project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred but not mandatory.
