Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Supervisor in Riyadh to lead sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations while ensuring cost containment and supply chain stability.

You will oversee purchasing operations, collaborate with outlet teams, review invoices, and manage supplier performance to maintain high hospitality standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality procurement or similar industry.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and inventory software.
• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and uphold ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations; assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes, and manage inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices; review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with supplier management; help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries.
• Perform quality checks; inspect shipments to verify order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop the team; train, schedule, and supervise clerks, providing guidance for high performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications
• Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution
• Assist with supplier management: Help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
