Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects. The role requires deep knowledge of civil engineering, site development, and military housing standards, ensuring earthworks, utilities, and road works meet drawings, safety, and schedule requirements.

You will review drawings, supervise on-site works, coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams, develop detailed schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years in civil/site engineering, preferably with experience in military, government, or institutional housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site including grading, drainage, utility installations, water, sewer, electricity, and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.
