Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a Civil Site Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects. The role requires deep civil engineering knowledge, site development, and military housing standards.

You will ensure all earthworks, utilities, and road works meet drawings, safety protocols, and timelines. The candidate will review drawings, supervise on-site works, coordinate with structural/MEP/architectural teams, and manage schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6 years of civil/site engineering experience, preferably with military or government housing projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Project is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, and road works.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain site records such as daily reports, labor logs and material usage.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or inspections.

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, site development, and military housing standards. The engineer will ensure that all phases of site work—from earthworks to utility installations—are completed in accordance with engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
