Qualifications
- 15+ years in large-scale ICT infrastructure, smart city, or complex technology delivery governance/PMO roles.
- Experience in IT+OT delivery environments and multi-domain programs.
- Strong knowledge of stage-gate delivery governance, RAID management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and govern a Delivery & Handover Governance Framework across City Technology programs.
- Maintain integrated view of delivery progress across towers and vendors.
- Govern and enforce stage gates with evidence and sign-offs for run-state transition.
- Own RAID governance standards and run dependency reviews across programs.
- Produce standardized delivery reporting packs and executive updates.
- Ensure vendors comply with governance requirements and provide evidence packs.
