You will manage multiple projects, maintain efficient workflows, and apply color grading and sound design to deliver polished final products that align with brand identity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience editing for openings, corporate events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to craft cinematic highlight videos with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Proficient color grading, sound design, and audio synchronization.
• Capability to create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce professional videos for grand openings, corporate events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Create cinematic event highlight videos, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and social media ads.
• Develop motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Transform raw footage into compelling stories with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Apply color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio synchronization.
• Create dynamic edits that match music, event atmosphere, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video concepts.
• Ensure all video content meets IDEA Light's creative and quality standards.
• Manage multiple video projects while meeting production deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow.
