A leading government organization in Saudi Arabia seeks a Chief Investment Officer to provide vision and leadership for all investment activities. The Chief Investment Officer provides the vision and leadership for all investment activities. You will be responsible for developing long-term investment policies, overseeing a team of portfolio managers or external advisors, and ensuring that the organization's capital is deployed effectively across various asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, real estate, and private equity).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. MBA or Master's in Finance is highly preferred.
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is typically a mandatory requirement. CAIA or FRM is a plus.
12–15+ years in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Advanced financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and proficiency with tools like Bloomberg or FactSet.
High emotional intelligence, decisive leadership, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts.
