Job description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a medical equipment manufacturing company based in Riyadh, KSA. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategic vision, driving sustainable growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading operational and commercial excellence across the organization.

This role requires a strong blend of executive leadership, manufacturing expertise, regulatory knowledge, and commercial acumen within the medical devices or healthcare manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall strategy, vision, and long-term growth plan in alignment with board objectives.
• Lead all business operations including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, sales, and finance.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international medical device regulations and standards (e.g., SFDA, ISO, GMP).
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Oversee product development, innovation, and market expansion initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team, fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
• Represent the company with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, partners, investors, and clients.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Identify and manage business risks while ensuring strong governance and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years in an executive or CEO/General Manager role.
• Proven experience in medical equipment / medical devices manufacturing or regulated healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving growth, and leading organizational transformation.
• Experience operating in the GCC or Middle East market, preferably Saudi Arabia.
