Job summary

PPOAR in Rahimah, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Chemist to research, develop, and test chemical compounds, analyze data, and contribute to new innovations in a collaborative team. You will work with a diverse group of experts to advance projects and ensure rigorous safety standards are followed.

The position offers a monthly salary of 1700 SAR and requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with at least five years of research experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with at least five years of experience.
• Master's degree or higher is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures; ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Immigrants or foreign nationals eligible to work legally in Rahimah.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory analysis using chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, etc., to identify unknown substances or solve chemical problems.
• Writing detailed reports on research findings with recommendations.
• Preparing samples for further analysis by other scientists if necessary.
• Adhering to safety protocols when working with hazardous materials or equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of experiments and results.
• Providing technical chemistry advice to team or clients when needed.
• Staying updated on developments in chemistry through study and relevant conferences/workshops.
