Location: London (with remote working)
Project Duration: January – April 2026 (with potential extension)
Rate: £350–£400 per day
Start Date: Late January 2026

Role Description

L+ Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to support the delivery of two major retail-led shopping mall projects in Riyadh. The role is client-facing and sits within a multidisciplinary international team, working closely with architectural and local delivery partners.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across the landscape packages, supporting design development from concept refinement through technical delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordination, programme, and buildability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead landscape design packages across multiple stages
  • Act in a client-facing role under L+ Consulting Ltd
  • Coordinate with architects, irrigation specialists, and local consultants
  • Oversee planting strategy suited to hot-climate environments
  • Review and contribute to technical drawing packages (Revit-based)
  • Support programme-driven delivery toward a July site start
Key Requirements
  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI preferred)
  • Proven experience on large-scale retail, mixed-use, or public realm projects
  • Confident working in client-facing roles
  • Strong coordination and delivery experience
  • Middle East / hot-climate experience desirable
  • Comfortable working at pace within tight programmes
Assistant Landscape Architect (Revit-focused, Freelance / Contract)

Role Description

We are also seeking an Assistant Landscape Architect with strong Revit skills to support the technical delivery of landscape packages for two major shopping mall developments in Riyadh.

This role is ideal for a technically strong landscape architect who enjoys working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contributing to high-profile international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and develop landscape drawings in Revit
  • Support senior team members with technical packages
  • Assist with coordination of levels, hard landscape, and planting
  • Respond to design team comments and drawing updates
  • Support deadline-driven delivery toward site start
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Strong Revit experience essential
  • Experience on medium to large-scale projects
  • Good technical understanding of hard and soft landscape
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
