Job summary

Abis is seeking an experienced Catalyst Foreman to supervise catalyst loading, unloading, and regeneration on oil and gas projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure strict safety compliance, and coordinate with operations and maintenance to maintain efficient workflow.

The role requires deep knowledge of catalyst systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage inventory, maintenance, and timelines under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience working as a catalyst foreman or in a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of catalyst systems and handling procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to catalyst handling.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing work demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catalyst handling operations including loading, unloading, and regeneration of catalysts.
