Job summary

Rivergum Residential Treatment Centre in Victoria is recruiting for 3 casual roles as Specialist Case Workers. You will support residents toward treatment goals, ensuring a safe, structured environment and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Current Victorian driver licence is required, and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply. The roles offer a yearly salary of $91,971–$98,955 plus super, with a focus on rehabilitation and community safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
• Current Victorian driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Support residents as they work towards treatment and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a safe, secure and supportive environment at Rivergum Residential Treatment Centre.
• Supervise and motivate residents, model positive behaviour and support daily routines.
• Maintain a safe facility through searches, security checks and incident reports.
• Plan and run meaningful activities that build life skills and support rehabilitation.
• Work with case managers and clinicians to support treatment goals and positive change.
• Monitor residents, follow progress and report concerns or breaches of rules.
