About the Role:

To ensure effective introduction of new packaging specifications across Almarai and suppliers, through appropriate evaluation and trials. Support on specific NPD packaging projects and be the Packaging Development lead on promotional packaging projects.

Activities:

• Ensure all technical specifications for packaging materials are met for approval.
• Support and develop the various NPD processes established by the business.
• Complete FPKA and other Almarai processes to ensure accurate BOM data for relevant categories.
• Offer technical support to resolve packaging-related supply chain issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, or Food Technology.
• Preferred to have a Diploma in Packaging Technology.
• 3-5 years of Packaging technology, Packaging Development and implementation experience in food, drink, FMCG, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Supervisory skills.
