Key Responsibilities

• Customer Reception amp Consultation Understanding customer requirements such as trip type budget and passenger count and suggesting suitable vehicles
• Contracts amp Bookings Management Preparing rental contracts verifying official documents driver s license ID and processing payments
• Vehicle Handover amp Return Coordination Inspecting vehicle condition before handover and upon return to document any damages or notes
• Problem Solving amp Support Provision Handling customer inquiries as well as managing vehicle breakdowns or accidents during the rental period
