Call Center Representative (English Speaking) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking highly motivated individuals, preferably of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality, to join our dynamic call center team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
  • Provide information about products and services to customers
  • Record customer information and details of each interaction for future reference
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Achieve monthly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
