Wild&Org is looking to hire a Café Manager for their upcoming cafe in Jeddah.

We can’t do it alone. We need great people who will bring their ideas, talent, and most importantly their passion to Wild&Org. Currently, Wild&Org is looking to hire a Café Manager.

Role Summary

As we deliver on our promise of healthy, delicious Grab&Gour leaders are the driving force to our success. We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Café Manager who loves to serve! This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with 2 – 3 years of restaurant management experience.

The Cafe Manager is responsible for holding his team accountable and acting as the decision maker when needed. Holds the café employees together, provides cadence, accountable for the cafe sales and executes the agreed-upon plan. The Cafe Manager reports to the CEO.

  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understands financial aspects of business operations
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Wild&Org operations & culture
What you'll do:
  • Managing all functions on our daily checklist to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all customers receive friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
  • Continuously improve customer experience by implementing feedback and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Managing the front of the café
  • Handling payroll and schedulingMaintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards according to Saudi regulations
  • Focusing attention on team development
  • Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
What we need from you:
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Hotel management diploma or equivalent
  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A food handler’s license would be a plus
  • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
