Job summary

Riyadh Air in Riyadh is seeking an Audit Lead for Cabin Operations to drive audit excellence, align with regulatory standards, and optimise internal processes.

You will unite stakeholders, plan and manage audits, maintain a consolidated list of findings and recommendations, and contribute to safety, efficiency and the in-flight customer experience.

With a culture of integrity and objectivity, you will lead investigations when needed and ensure timely reporting in line with evolving procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 5 years in aviation.
• At least 1 year in a quality assurance department with audit functions.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.

Importantly, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a consolidated list of the audit findings and recommendations.

With a strong focus on integrity and objectivity, this role conducts audits, inspections, and investigations, ensuring compliance, identifying gaps, and reporting them promptly while staying aligned with evolving procedures and standards.
