This is a full-time on-site role, based in Al Hassa, for a Business Development Manager – Fit-Out. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, collaborating with the design and operations teams, and representing the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business opportunities in the fit-out, interiors, and construction sectors
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support smooth project handover to delivery teams
  • Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and identify growth and revenue opportunities
  • Support sales strategy development and contribute to revenue generation initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in business development within fit-out, interior design, or construction industries
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and established professional network
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid experience in relationship management and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Al Hassa
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience with data-driven decision-making and market research is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
