Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and client acquisition for their consulting and solutions offerings.

This role focuses on opening new markets, building strategic client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor across government and private sectors. Experience with HR solutions and assessments is an advantage but not a core requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Expansion & Strategy

    Formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy aimed at broadening the company’s presence within governmental and private sector entities throughout Saudi Arabia. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new sectors and potential clients, while developing entry strategies to enhance outreach and impact. Drive initiatives that elevate the positioning of the company's consulting and solutions offerings in both new and existing markets.

  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Development

    Actively seek out and engage new clients, uncovering their organizational needs and aligning them with customized solutions. Develop and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives, government representatives, and corporate leaders. Serve as the company’s representative in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events to boost brand awareness and credibility.

  3. Solution Alignment & Proposal Development

    Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and suggest solutions that address specific client challenges. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings in consulting, data solutions, and market research, with the capability to emphasize HR assessments and talent-related services as needed.

  4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

    Forge partnerships with complementary service providers, associations, and ecosystem stakeholders to enhance market position. Identify possibilities for joint ventures, strategic alliances, and collaborative projects to expedite growth.

  5. Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration

    Function as a source of market intelligence, sharing insights on industry trends, client needs, and competitive movements. Collaborate closely with leadership and service line heads to ensure alignment of client acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
