Overview

A large enterprise undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on modernizing its cloud platforms, enhancing user experience, and enabling new ways of working. The organization is seeking skilled Business Analysts to support the adoption and effective use of cloud-based collaboration and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

Common to Both Business Analysts:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and service requirements, ensuring alignment with approved cloud architectures and governance standards.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams, identifying risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Assess business change and user impact, supporting planning for communication, training, and adoption activities.
  • Contribute to service transition and operational readiness by ensuring requirements are reflected in documentation, training materials, and handover artefacts.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, delivery activities, and business outcomes to support prioritization and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all analysis and change activities comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirements within a controlled environment.
  • Business Analyst A – Collaboration & Productivity Services:
    • Lead requirements gathering for collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring solutions support effective communication and workflows.
    • Work with stakeholders to define user journeys and experience requirements for collaboration tools.
    • Support adoption initiatives by contributing to communication materials, training insights, and user guidance.
    • Analyse post‑deployment feedback to identify enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Business Analyst B – Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Services:
    • Lead analysis for cloud platform capabilities supporting business applications and digital services.
    • Document service, performance, security, and operational requirements across cloud infrastructure components.
    • Evaluate business readiness and service impact for platform changes, ensuring stakeholder understanding.
    • Support service transition by ensuring platform requirements are captured in operational models and support documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong background in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, digital service models, and how cloud capabilities support business processes.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption practices.
  • Familiarity with operating in highly regulated environments, with awareness of security, compliance, and governance constraints.
  • Understanding of service management and operating model concepts, including service design and service transition.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross‑functional teams while following structured governance and change‑control processes.
