• Punctual and reliable; follows schedule to transport merchandise on time.
• Careful with hazardous or fragile materials and follow safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Haul cargo from one point to another to distribute, buy or sell.
• Inspect trucks for safety and follow safety instructions, especially with hazardous materials.
• Review shipping documents and ensure cargo loaded correctly.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any malfunctions.
• Some drivers supervise an extra driver to cover shifts.
• Comply with all SHE procedures before and during work.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.

KBR is looking for an Bus Driver - A truck driver works either for a company or under independent contracts who transports different types of merchandise from one place to another in a truck, van or any vehicle capable of carrying large loads. He may have to transport supplies, hazardous chemicals, manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of a truck driver is to haul cargo from one point
• to another so that they can be distributed, bought or sold
• inspect trucks for safety and follow the safety instructions, especially
• when carrying hazardous materials or chemicals
• He is also responsible for the condition of his vehicle and look for any
• malfunctioning part
• He must inspect the cargo to check whether it has been loaded correctly
• He must also review all the necessary shipping documents
• Some truck drivers get an extra driver who works under him and drives in
• shifts to take off the pressure from one driver.
