Job Description:

Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the field of interior design and fit-out projects within the real estate developments, large villa compounds and hotels sectors. This role involves identifying and cultivating business opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and managing the complete business development cycle.

Responsibilities:

  1. REPORTS TO Commercial Director
  2. MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and emerging trends within the real estate developments, large villa compounds, and hotels segments. Analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences to develop informed strategies.
  3. CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Identify and target potential clients, including real estate developers, large villa compound owners, and hotel operators. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
  4. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND LEAD GENERATION: Proactively seek out and qualify project leads and opportunities that align with the company\'s capabilities and goals. Collaborate with the project team to create proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  5. STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for projects within the specified sectors. Create compelling project proposals, presentations, and solutions to address client requirements.
  6. NEGOTIATION AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Oversee the contract management process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  7. PROJECT COORDINATION: Liaise between clients and the internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to meet or exceed client expectations. Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals, regularly reporting progress to senior management. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  8. NETWORKING AND INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company\'s network and identify new business opportunities. Maintain a strong presence and reputation within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
  9. MARKET FEEDBACK AND REPORTING: Gather and provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to refine the company\'s offerings. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
