Job summary

IDOM in Riyadh is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team for building projects. You will perform design, analysis, and coordination with architects and MEP engineers to ensure code-compliant solutions.

The role requires a Master of Science and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Arabic and English. Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit and related tools is essential. Saudi national applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Master of Science Degree.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Saudi national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with structural design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000 and others.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools (TEKLA, Rhino/Grasshopper).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
• Familiarity with local and international building standards.
• Experience working international projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and calculations for building projects, in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Develop structural analysis models (ETABS, SAP2000…)
• Prepare and review structural drawings, details, and design documentation.
• Coordinate structural solutions with architects and MEP engineers.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculation packages.
• Participate in client, design, and coordination meetings.
• Support construction through technical reviews and site visits.
