Job summary

NICE ONE | نايس ون in Riyadh seeks a senior graphic designer to lead brand identity and packaging design for private-label and exclusive brands. You will develop artwork, manage workflows, and ensure outputs meet brand guidelines and production requirements.

You will collaborate with product development, marketing, and suppliers, mentor the junior designer, and maintain design systems to support scalable visuals that satisfy commercial and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging design, and artwork execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with print-ready packaging artwork and production files.
• Ability to translate business needs into brand identity solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Identity & Packaging Design for private-label and exclusive brands.
• Develop high-quality packaging artwork and production-ready files.
• Manage design requests, prioritization, and SLAs.
• Enforce brand standards across all outputs.
• Lead packaging and product visual development with suppliers.
• Mentor and coach the Graphic Designer.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Maintain design systems and asset libraries.
