Job description
Responsibilities
- Supervises and monitors duty schedule including timing and personal hygiene.
- Executes the best utilization of pickers.
- Collaborates with store operations team for replenishment and availability.
- Trains the team for the best follow of procedures.
- Ensures delivering daily targets and KPIs.
- Ensure availability of assets and consumables (bags, boxes, picking devices).
- Communicates with area operations lead on daily operations and needs.
