Job summary

Job description

Oversee the daily management and operation of the branch, ensuring the efficiency of operational, administrative, and clinical processes, achieving the branch’s financial and operational objectives, maintaining the quality of services provided and patient satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with approved policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor the performance of dentists, nurses, receptionists, and administrative staff, and work to improve productivity.
  • Manage dentists’ and clinics’ schedules and appointments to ensure optimal utilization of operational capacity.
  • Monitor branch revenue, sales, and collections, and achieve the branch’s financial targets.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Ensure the implementation of approved policies and procedures within the branch.
  • Monitor the quality of medical and administrative services provided to patients and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback and work to resolve them promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor the branch’s requirements for medical and non-medical supplies and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure their availability.
  • Ensure the readiness of clinics, equipment, and facilities, while maintaining a safe and well-organized working environment.
  • Coordinate with the Medical, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
  • Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of new employees and provide recommendations regarding hiring, performance evaluation, and staff development.
  • Monitor the performance of reception, customer service, and call center staff and improve the overall patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health and other relevant regulatory authorities, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Follow up on licensing, accreditation, and equipment-related requirements in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Work on increasing patient volume, improving appointment booking and patient retention rates, and maximizing the utilization of available services.
  • Analyze branch performance and recommend development initiatives that contribute to increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
  • Prepare administrative and operational reports and submit them periodically to senior management.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in managing and operating clinics or medical complexes, preferably in the dental sector.
