Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Base Community Planner to manage community, regional, urban, and land-use plans and support the Installation Development Plan (IDP). The role requires collaboration with U.S. forces, KSA partners, and a flexible response to wartime/contingency environments.

Qualified candidates hold a relevant degree, 4+ years’ experience, and U.S. SECRET clearance, with English fluency and a valid U.S. driver's license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Community Planning, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 4 years’ work experience with similar project.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver’s License.
Must possess and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance.
Must read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
Citizens must meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure compatible use planning between on- and off-installation development and land use.
Plan, program, budget, and execute projects for assigned programs with government estimates.
Collect data and evaluate factors affecting installation infrastructure.
Prepare planning studies and analyze data.
Collaborate with U.S. deployed forces and KSA team; share information with team members.
