Job Description

• Preparing Coffee and Beverages: brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos), teas, smoothies, and cold brews while following recipes and maintaining consistency.
• Customer Service: greet customers and take their orders in a friendly, professional manner, offer product suggestions, answer menu questions, and handle complaints with patience and professionalism while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, keep the work area tidy, and restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and napkins.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, alert management when supplies run low, and assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
