Job summary

Hilton in Riyadh is seeking a full-time on-site Barista to delight guests by crafting coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand recipes and presentation standards.

You will manage the coffee bar operations, process payments, maintain equipment and cleanliness, and ensure health and sanitation procedures are followed to deliver memorable café experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in café service.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and brand standards.
• Ability to handle payments and operate POS.

• Monitor product quality: Ensure the freshness and quality of coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other café products while maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment: Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, utensils, and work areas to the highest standards.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
