Job Announcement – Banking Relations Specialist

A leading national company in the investment and real estate development sector announces an available job vacancy in the city of Riyadh.

Requirements:

1. Saudi nationality (essential requirement).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Accounting.
3. 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate financing or the banking sector or banking relations.
4. Good knowledge of real estate financing products and credit approval procedures.
5. Proficiency in Arabic and English at a professional level.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with banks.
7. Proficiency in using Excel and preparing reports.
8. Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
9. Preferably familiar with the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) and Sakani programs.
