• Lead the Basic Officer Course (BOC) instructor for Aviation Institute's Technical Department
• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction using varied teaching techniques and technical publications
• Develop and revise courseware and POI; maintain accurate student training records
• Create, implement, and modify curriculum to meet learning objectives
• Manage daily classroom schedule,教学 planning, and course development
• Maintain classroom equipment, tools, and supplies
• Complete instructor qualification within first 90 days of hire
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Serves as the Lead Aviation Logistics Instructor for the Basic Officer Course (BOC) under the direction of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. Responsibilities include delivering academic instruction, hands-on performance training, and evaluations, as well as developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate student training records.

Major Duties and Responisbilities:

• Perform all the above duties, including POI technical writing, courseware development, and periodic revisions as needed.
• Create, implement, and modify curriculum to meet course learning objectives.
• Provide classroom and hands‑on instruction using various teaching techniques and technical publications to prepare students that will be assigned as an Aviation Logistics Officer at Battalion or higher levels.
• Perform duties in a culturally sensitive environment while maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and approach.
• Manage the daily classroom schedule for assigned instructors, including teaching, lesson planning, and course development.
• Manage and maintain the assigned classroom, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Pass an instructor qualification course in the first 90 days of hire.
• Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
