Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftswoman (Female Saudi National) to join our engineering/design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, quantity extraction, and documentation in compliance with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans as per approved designs.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, BOQs, and revisions.
• Assist in design development and drafting support during project execution.

Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi National (Female) – Preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson/Draftswoman in a design consultant/ contracting organization.
• Strong command of AutoCAD (experience with Revit is a plus).
• Good command of the architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and technical details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Saudi building codes and standards.
• Experience in a consultancy or contracting environment.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
