Job summary

Knight Frank Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to support regional buy/sell side transactions within the Middle East Capital Markets team.

You will work closely with global teams and our network of offices, providing deal support, investment analysis, and market insights across the region. The role demands a strong track record in real estate finance and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Development or Investment or Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years in a similar role with a proven deal-making track record in Saudi Arabia.
• Sound understanding of commercial lease terms impacting value.
• MRICS desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on existing instructions across geographies to senior team members.
• Create bespoke and detailed cash flow modelling using Excel; project cash flows and assist with investment analysis.
• Collate requirements, leads and opportunities for discussion within the team.
• Assist with preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and other detailed documents.
• Review lease agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key investors across the region.
• Create, update and maintain deal and capital trackers and other databases.
• Provide regular market reports, working with research teams.
