Job Overview

The Associate Manager provides management oversight across teams and engagements, focusing on governance, performance oversight, and alignment with organizational standards rather than operational project management.

The role is responsible for reviewing delivery performance, monitoring high-level progress against objectives and SLAs, and ensuring that risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed through the appropriate delivery management channels.

The Associate Manager also provides people and stakeholder oversight, supporting team utilization, workload balance, capability development, and performance feedback while maintaining a healthy and sustainable operating model.

The position acts as a senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment of expectations.
