Job summary

The role involves developing project plans, timelines and budgets, conducting UAT, training end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope. Full-time in KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification in business analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects
