Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts seeks a senior Laundry Operations leader to oversee all daily activities, ensure luxury standards, and drive SOPs for laundry and uniform operations across the property.

The role requires leadership of Supervisors, Attendants, Pressers, and Uniform Room staff, along with governance of quality, safety, and inventory while coordinating with engineering and vendors to sustain flawless guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Laundry Operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience with luxury hospitality standards and SOP development is a plus.
• Knowledge of laundering equipment and chemical handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations including guest laundry, dry cleaning, valet, and linen processing.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update departmental SOPs for laundry and uniform operations.
• Monitor linen and uniform par levels and ensure consistent quality control across washing, pressing, finishing, and garment handling.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor relationships for machinery, chemicals, and services.
• Ensure compliance with OSHAD/OSHMS safety standards and lead safety training and procedures.

Qualifications
