AtkinsRéalis seeks an Asset Management Manager to lead advisory engagements for major infrastructure owners in the Middle East. You will develop roadmaps, drive transformation programs, and advise on performance, maintenance optimization, and investment priorities.

Lead ISO 55001 implementations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and build strong client relationships while ensuring delivery aligns with quality, schedule and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, or related field.
• 7-12 years of relevant experience delivering asset management advisory projects.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle planning, risk management, and investment prioritization.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of asset management and asset investment planning projects.
• Develop strategic asset management roadmaps and transformation programs.
• Provide advisory services on asset performance, maintenance optimization, and investment priorities.
• Lead ISO 55001 implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and client relationships.
