Job summary

Alrawaf Contracting is seeking an Asset Control Lead to oversee asset lifecycle, registration, and utilization of construction equipment, vehicles, and tools within KSA. You will ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate asset data for informed decision-making.

The role demands 7–10 years in asset control or fleet management, with leadership experience and strong IFRS/ERPs knowledge. Saudi GCC construction exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in asset management, logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications in asset management or fleet management are an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and fleet operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master register of all company assets and ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate asset movements, maintenance scheduling, and documentation for transfers and handovers.
• Monitor asset utilization, downtime, and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Prepare asset verification, reconciliation reports, and KPIs for management review.
• Lead asset control personnel and drive process improvements in ERP/asset systems.
