Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a senior Architectural Inspector to oversee inspections across residential, commercial, and amenity projects in Riyadh. You will verify compliance with approved drawings, samples, and mockups, and ensure quality across finishes and interfaces.

Requires diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 10+ years of architectural inspection experience, with strong knowledge of finishes, tolerances, and reporting. Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of architectural inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential units, commercial spaces, and quality tolerances.

• Inspect architectural and finishing works across residential, commercial, and amenity buildings.
• Review Requests for Inspection against approved drawings, samples, and mockups.
• Inspect masonry, plastering, ceilings, flooring, painting, stone, joinery, doors, glazing, and facade interfaces.

• Prepare punch lists and monitor contractor rectification.
• Maintain inspection reports, photographs, and quality records.

• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, schedules, specifications, and approved mockups.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
